Mondulkiri Province Sees 165 Indigenous Students Pass High School Exit Exams

The results of the 2026 high school exit examinations (Bak Doup) in Mondulkiri Province, Cambodia, have been announced, revealing that 165 students from ethnic minority backgrounds have passed. According to a report from the provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, out of over 700 successful candidates province-wide, a total of 165 students (118 female) from indigenous communities passed the exams. Their grades included 6 'B' grades (3 female), 34 'C' grades (26 female), 68 'D' grades (54 female), and 57 'E' grades (35 female). While students from ethnic minority backgrounds did not achieve an 'A' grade this year, the results are a source of pride for their families and serve as an encouragement for future generations to continue their studies and become valuable human resources for the development of their communities and the nation.
