Vietnam Suspends Services for Over 2 Million Unverified Mobile Subscriptions

Vietnam began suspending services for unverified mobile phone subscriptions on June 15. Over 2 million subscriptions were identified as not being used by their registered owners, with around 18 million pending confirmation.
