Cambodia Rebuts Thai UN Statement with UNHCR Report

Cambodian Human Rights Committee Chairman Keo Remy has refuted a statement by the Thai representative at the UN General Assembly, who claimed Cambodian citizens have resided in Thailand since the 1970s. Remy cited a 1999 UNHCR report concluding no Cambodian refugees remained in Thailand at that time.
