Philippines Logs Nearly 12,000 Leptospirosis Cases, Dengue Declines
The Philippines' Department of Health (DoH) reported nearly 12,000 leptospirosis cases as of September 23, a 46% increase year-on-year. Dengue cases, however, saw a 30% decrease to 168,060 during the same period. A unified tracker has been implemented for enhanced disease surveillance.
