Sandiganbayan junks graft case vs. ex-PRA chief Agra for insufficient evidence
The Sandiganbayan has dismissed the graft case against former Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) Chairman and ex-Justice Secretary Alberto Agra due to insufficient evidence.
