VPBank Secures $27 Million Loan from JBIC for Vietnam's Power Grid Modernization
Vietnam's VPBank has signed a $27 million loan agreement with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and Joyo Bank. The funds will support the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT)'s 220kV transmission line project, enhancing the capacity to receive power from renewable energy sources.
