The Department of Energy (DOE) has filed a supplemental complaint for estafa charges against Representative Leandro Leviste and officials of Solar Para sa Bayan Corp. (SPBC) at the Taguig City Prosecutor's Office. SPBC allegedly failed to fulfill its obligations in the Green Energy Auction (GEA).
