Phnom Penh City to Launch Pilot Online Public Service Application
Phnom Penh City will pilot an online public service application system starting November 1, 2026. This initiative will allow residents to apply for services such as road excavation and crossing permits online via a dedicated website or QR code. Traditional in-person services will also remain available.
