Yangon, July 5 Pyu Saw Htee from Innmahti village, Pale Township, Sagaing Region, raided residents' homes in Mintainpin village and looted chairs and household items, local residents told Yangon Khit Thit News Agency. In the afternoon of July 3, Pyu Saw Htee from Innmahti Pyu Saw Htee village, Pale Township, under the control of the terrorist military, entered Mintainpin village with about 30 carts, and forcibly looted public food supplies as well as usable household items and chairs from uninhabited homes, it was learned. After looting public property, the Pyu Saw Htee left along the route to Kyaukpyar Kan village, and in Kyaukpyar Kan village, they further purchased and collected provisions for Innmahti Pyu village, and returned to Innmahti Pyu Saw Htee village that evening, it was learned. "The Pyu Saw Htee from Innmahti village entered Mintainpin village with 30 carts. We learned that they carried away chairs and household items from houses in Mintainpin village. They also carried away food supplies and usable household items from houses where no one was present. They also went shopping in Kyaukpyar Kan village. We also learned that they were buying provisions for Innmahti Pyu village from Kyaukpyar Kan village. They loaded the villagers' property onto carts and returned to Innmahti village that evening," a local resident told Yangon Khit Thit News Agency. Due to the terrorist military and Pyu Saw Htee continuously raiding villages in Pale Township, looting public property, and blocking and cutting off routes for basic food and medicine, internally displaced persons in the region are facing difficulties due to food shortages. Furthermore, it was learned from the release of Wetlet Informational Network and statements from local residents that a group of military ships that sailed up the Ayeyarwady River from Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, has arrived in Sikku Township. Today, July 5, one riverine vessel and one combat vessel of the terrorist military, which were anchored near Shinnmaka village in the eastern part of Wetlet Township, sailed upstream, it was learned. These military vessels continued to sail upstream west and east of Kethu village in Sikku Township, and have now reached west of Htonegyee village in the southern part of Sikku Township. Currently, two military ships are stopped, and observation is ongoing to see where they will proceed next.
