Over 1.3 million people have been affected by the southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay in the Philippines, with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) providing over P39 million in humanitarian assistance. Thirteen fatalities, nine missing, and 14 injured have been reported.
