Pattaya Flooding Disrupts Early Morning Commutes After Heavy Rainfall

Heavy rainfall early Thursday morning caused temporary flooding in Pattaya and Banglamung, Thailand, disrupting residents returning from night shifts and those heading to early morning work. Water levels reached up to 70 centimeters in some areas, making passage difficult for motorcycles and small vehicles.
