Siem Reap Begins Recruitment for Volunteer Military Service
Siem Reap city in Cambodia has commenced the recruitment of young volunteers for a two-year military service obligation, starting October 1st. The program targets individuals aged 18-25, offering a monthly allowance of 400,000 Riel (approx. $100 USD) and other benefits. This initiative is part of a nationwide survey for military conscription for individuals aged 17-25.
