Vietnam War Agent Orange Lawsuit Heads to French Supreme Court

A lawsuit filed by Vietnamese-French citizen Tran To Nga, a victim of Agent Orange/dioxin used during the Vietnam War, will be heard by the French Supreme Court on June 16. She is suing 14 American chemical corporations for damages.
