Vietnam sees 32.8% surge in new and re-entering businesses in first four months

Vietnam recorded a 32.8% increase in new and re-entering enterprises during the first four months of the year. While the number of new firms dipped in April, registered capital rose by 9.7% to 9.36 billion USD, signaling a shift toward higher-quality capital inflows.
