The meeting was attended in person and online by foreign ministers and ministers responsible for Francophonie affairs from 53 member states. The conference was divided into two distinct strategic sessions: *Session 1: Presentations by candidates for the position of Secretary-General of the Francophonie (OIF) and interactive discussions. Each candidate was required to present their strategic vision for leadership and engage in dialogue with the delegation. *Session 2: An informal meeting for ministers/heads of delegation to consolidate opinions and recommendations to be submitted to their heads of state and government for final decision on the Secretary-General position.
