Teen's Phone Snatched from Parked Motorcycle in Pattaya

Pattaya: A 16-year-old student reported that his smartphone was snatched from his parked motorcycle while he briefly stepped into a shop in Nong Prue. Thanwa Kianyan, 16, accompanied by Chanittha Kianyan, 43, filed a complaint at Nong Prue Police Station at about 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14th, 2026. He said the theft occurred around the Nong Prue area on the same day. The student stated that the theft happened during the short time he had parked his motorcycle and stepped into a shop nearby. The crime is believed to have been carried out very quickly, and the victim did not see the perpetrator. Police will proceed with identifying the suspect and clarifying the full details of the incident by analyzing CCTV footage and conducting interviews.
