Vietnam, Russia Discuss Deepening Cooperation in St. Petersburg
Vietnamese Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko held talks in St. Petersburg. Both sides affirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation in economic, trade, energy, cultural, and tourism sectors, agreeing to advance the Comprehensive Plan for Russian-Vietnamese Cooperation through 2030.
