Academics Highlight Rule of Law Concerns in Indonesian Police Chief Succession Debate

Concerns are being raised by academics in Indonesia regarding the principle of the rule of law amidst the ongoing debate surrounding the succession of the Indonesian National Police Chief (Kapolri). As the term of the current Police Chief draws to a close, behind-the-scenes movements and speculation are circulating regarding the appointment of his successor.
