Hanoi Plans to Issue Bonds Worth Up to VND 200 Trillion for Key Projects

Hanoi plans to issue local government bonds worth up to VND 200 trillion (approximately $8 billion USD) between 2027 and 2030 to fund key projects, particularly its urban railway system. Memoranda of understanding have been signed with five major banks to diversify funding sources.
