Pattaya Prison Commander Details Strict Custody of Suspects in Five-Body Murder Case

Pattaya Special Prison Commander Phatsaphong Jaiklongklaeo has detailed the strict custody measures being implemented for the three suspects in the high-profile case involving the murder and concealment of five bodies of two young Russian siblings and a Thai family near Pattaya. The prison currently holds Thana “Pong” Koetthong, Thongchai “Thong” Srinil, and one other suspect. According to Commander Jaiklongklaeo, the suspects are being held in isolation from other inmates and are under constant 24-hour surveillance. This measure is in place to prevent any contact with the outside world, given the gravity of the case. Notably, the main suspect, Thana “Pong” Koetthong, has a prior record of violence within prison, which is also being taken into account in the custody protocols.
