Marcos Urged to Certify Systems Loss Repeal Bill as Urgent

Former Bayan Muna Representative and Makabayan bloc leader Carlos Isagani Zarate has urged President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to officially certify as urgent the bill seeking to repeal electricity systems loss charges and their corresponding Value-Added Tax (VAT).
