Hanoi Proposes 20% Compensation for Illegal Structures on Confiscated Land
Hanoi's People's Committee has proposed a compensation policy offering 20% of the standard rate for illegally constructed properties on land confiscated by the state. This applies to structures built between July 1, 2014, and August 1, 2024. The proposal is set to be reviewed and approved by the City People's Council.
