According to the General Directorate of Digital Technology and Dissemination of Education of the Ministry of Interior, upon completion of the training, participants gained knowledge and skills in the following areas: 1. Understanding and explaining the fundamentals of AI, its evolutionary process, major types such as Predictive AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI, along with related technical terms. 2. Familiarity with popular AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as AI tools in Khmer, enabling them to select and use appropriate tools for their tasks. 3. The ability to write effective prompts based on a five-element structure (role, context, task, format, and constraints) for daily administrative tasks. 4. Safe utilization of AI with attention to data protection and adherence to ethical codes, following five principles for civil servants. 5. Verification and evaluation of AI-generated results before their application. This initiative is part of the Cambodian government's broader push towards digital transformation and highlights the ministry's commitment to integrating AI technologies effectively and ethically into public services. The focus on gender focal points also suggests an effort to ensure equitable access and mitigate potential biases in AI applications.
