This initiative aims to facilitate early detection of risks during pregnancy and build a foundation for the birth of healthy newborns. This effort is linked to the specialized support and collaboration of Thien Hanh General Hospital, which strives to improve the quality of regional healthcare. Through telemedicine and expert guidance, the aim is to enhance the skills of medical practitioners. Under Vietnam's one-party system, the equalization of healthcare services is a significant policy objective. Resource allocation is being directed towards regions that tend to be left behind in economic development, particularly rural areas. The Tay Nguyen region is characterized by high ethnic diversity and many areas that are still developing economically. Against this backdrop, the introduction of advanced medical technologies like genetic testing holds significant importance in rectifying health disparities among local residents and ensuring access to higher quality medical care. In the future, these technologies are expected to contribute to the standardization of perinatal care across Vietnam.
