Vietnam celebrated its 81st National Day on September 2, with nationwide festivities reflecting on the nation's journey and future aspirations. The nation's economic progress, a result of 40 years of reform, has transformed Vietnam from a struggling economy into a dynamic player integrated into the global market. The government is adopting an "adaptive" and "development-enabling" approach to lawmaking, aiming to leverage new technologies while upholding core principles and national security. Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has urged ministries and localities to define clear tasks and solutions to achieve the ambitious 10% growth target for the year. Culturally, traditional crafts are being revitalized with contemporary designs, making them more accessible to younger generations. A new handicraft art space in Hanoi serves as a platform for traditional crafts, creative ideas, and public engagement.
