Vietnam to Raise Minimum Wage Starting January 2027, Averaging 7.8% Increase
The Vietnamese government has decided to raise the minimum wage starting January 1, 2027. The increase, reaching up to VND 390,000 in some regions, is expected to bring monthly wages to the range of VND 4.04 to 5.7 million, an average increase of 7.8% compared to current rates.
