JBC Invites 5 Senior Justices to Apply for Chief Justice Post
The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) has invited five senior Supreme Court associate justices to apply for the chief justice position ahead of Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo's retirement in November. This follows a long-standing practice of recognizing seniority.
