Phát Đạt Secures VND 8.8 Trillion Loan for Thủ Thiêm Mega-Project
Vietnamese real estate giant Phát Đạt has secured a loan of up to VND 8.8 trillion (approximately $350 million USD) from MB Bank to participate in the 'Lotte Eco Smart City' project in Ho Chi Minh City's Thủ Thiêm area. This funding will enable the company to acquire a 35% stake and lead the project's development.
