Toxic Portuguese Man-of-War Wash Ashore on Phuket Beaches, Authorities Urge Vigilance
Phuket, Thailand – Authorities have issued an urgent warning after highly toxic Portuguese man-of-war jellyfish were found washed ashore on Karon Beach and other western Phuket coastlines. No injuries have been reported so far, but vigilance is urged, especially during the monsoon season.
