Kratie Provincial Red Cross Holds First Half-Year Activity Review Meeting

The Kratie Provincial Red Cross Branch held a meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, to review its work results for the first half of 2026 and set directions for future activities. The meeting was led by H.E. Va Thon, Governor of Kratie Province and President of the Provincial Red Cross Branch, and was attended by the Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, committee members, and operational officers of the Provincial Red Cross Branch. The meeting agenda included: 1. A brief report on work activities and finances for the first half of 2026. 2. Information on the strategic work plan for continued implementation. 3. Reporting on vulnerable families, the elderly, people with disabilities, individuals living with HIV, widows, orphans, and families of frontline soldiers to be selected for support. 4. Reorganization of the branch premises. 5. Other issues. During the meeting, H.E. Va Thon conveyed greetings from H.E. Net Pheaktra, Minister of Information and Honorary President of the branch. He particularly conveyed messages of remembrance and well-wishes from H.E. Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross. H.E. Va Thon also appealed for cooperation in implementing the meeting's resolutions effectively.
