Carpenter Murder Suspect Surrenders to Negros Oriental Police
Another suspect in the murder of American marine biologist Kent Edward Carpenter has surrendered to the Negros Oriental police, bringing the total number of suspects to five. Police are continuing their manhunt for the remaining individual.
