
Mica Tan Vows Settlement Despite International Red Notice
Maria Francesca Tan, CEO of the Philippines' MFT Group of Companies, has expressed her resolve to settle with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and address creditor obligations, despite an Interpol red notice. Tan, whose whereabouts are unknown, stated her legal teams are pursuing all available remedies to resolve the case.
