CA junks contractor Discaya's 'deficient' appeal vs Senate arrest

The Court of Appeals (CA) has dismissed contractor Pacifico Discaya's petition against his detention by the Senate, citing procedural and substantive deficiencies. Discaya, held in contempt by the Senate over corruption allegations, will now be transferred to a provincial jail in Bulacan following a court order.
