Raffy Tulfo Slams Cop for Failing to Protect Rider at INC Rally
Senator Raffy Tulfo has strongly criticized a police officer for failing to protect a motorcycle taxi rider who was blocked by protesters during an Iglesia ni Cristo (INC)-led rally on Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). Tulfo called for the officer to undergo retraining.
