President To Lam visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and then offered incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at House 67, within the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace historical site, where the President once worked. This visit was part of the commemoration of the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam's National Day (September 2). In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, President To Lam and the delegates offered incense, paying heartfelt tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the Vietnamese nation. President Ho Chi Minh is hailed as the noblest symbol of Vietnamese patriotism and revolutionary heroism, a brilliant embodiment of the morality, intellect, spirit, and conscience of the nation and the era.
