Prosecution Drops Trillanes as Witness in VP Duterte Impeachment Trial

The House of Representatives' prosecution team in the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte has decided to drop former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV as a witness. Trillanes himself requested the withdrawal on social media. The prosecution plans to present witnesses from banks, insurance firms, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council next week.
