CPP Affirms Unshakeable Leadership Role in Cambodia

Ms. Khuon Khundee, a Cambodian People's Party (CPP) official and head of the working group for Kampong Svay district, firmly stated that no other political party can replace the CPP in leading and developing the nation. Her remarks were made on September 5, 2026, during a meeting with citizens facing hardship in Chhvea commune, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province. Ms. Khundee conveyed warm regards from CPP President Samdech Techo Hun Sen, emphasizing his consistent concern for the well-being and living conditions of the people. She stressed that the CPP is the sole political party that actively participated in rescuing the nation from a genocidal regime and has brought about continuous development in all sectors, including the economy and politics. She further stated that the CPP has always stood by the people, especially those with limited means, regardless of their political leanings or religion. As a testament to this, local authorities and the working group for Chhvea commune collaborated to distribute food and financial aid to 104 families from six villages in Chhvea commune on that day, aiming to alleviate their immediate difficulties. This action reflects the CPP's adherence to the policy of "The People's Party is born from the people, for the people, and with the people." Finally, Ms. Khuon Khundee called on all citizens to continue supporting and voting for the CPP to share in happiness and hardship under the umbrella of peace and to contribute to the nation's further progress.
