Kampong Speu Gendarmerie Recruits New Cadets, Distributes Application Forms Free of Charge

The Gendarmerie in Kampong Speu province has announced the recruitment of new security personnel. Under the leadership of Brigadier General Meng Srun, commander of the provincial Gendarmerie, application forms are being distributed free of charge to eligible students, graduates, and youth at the provincial Gendarmerie headquarters. With the authorization of Lieutenant General Sao Sokha, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the National Gendarmerie, Brigadier General Meng Srun led a team from the Kampong Speu Provincial Gendarmerie to meet with students, graduates, and youth on September 3rd, distributing application forms. The distribution period for application forms is from September 3rd to 13th, with acceptance of applications from September 4th to 15th. Interested individuals can obtain the forms at the Kampong Speu Provincial Gendarmerie Headquarters during working hours. Applicants are required to bring necessary documents, including family registration book, residence book, birth certificate, Cambodian identification card, and diploma. The qualifications and conditions for candidates to be selected include: 1. Cambodian nationality, male, single. 2. Age between 18 and 25 years old as of the application date. 3. Possess sufficient physical fitness and good health required for duty. 4. Loyalty to the nation and homeland, and no criminal record. 5. Educational qualification of at least a Lower Secondary Diploma (Baccalaureate) or equivalent. 6. Height of 1.70 meters or more. 7. Candidates must pass the qualification review and aptitude tests (dictation, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English). 8. Possess good health and physical fitness (passing blood, physical, and urine examinations). 9. If currently employed in the state sector, resignation from the original position is required.
