PHNOM PENH – A man was found dead in a rental room in Trapeang Chhuk village, Kantoak commune, Kambol district, Phnom Penh, causing a stir among residents and authorities around 8 PM on July 20, 2026. The deceased has been identified as Hok Khon, 26 years old, from Prey Prom 1 village, Roka Kandal commune, Mong Russey district, Battambang province.
