In its advisory, PPA-Mimaropa said all fastcraft vessels plying the Calapan-Batangas route were cancelled due to rough seas. Also suspended are fastcraft services operated by Montenegro Shipping Lines and Island Water from Puerto Galera to Batangas. However, fastcraft trips remain suspended as weather conditions continue to pose risks. Montenegro Shipping Lines also cancelled its trips from Roxas town to Caticlan. Authorities reported no major disruptions. Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) chief Vinscent Gahol confirmed that as of 11:00 a.m., all major roads in the province are open and no flooding has been recorded. Major river systems, including the Alag River in Baco, Bucayao River, Panggalaan River, and Longos River, remain passable. Meanwhile, the Victoria Municipal DRRMO reported that water levels in local rivers are still normal despite persistent rains. Officials advised residents living near riverbanks and low-lying areas to stay vigilant and watch out for sudden water level rises as rains are expected to continue.
