Vietnam Proposes Shifting Peak Electricity Hours to Earlier Evening

Vietnam's National Load Dispatch Center (NSMO) has proposed shifting peak electricity hours to between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM to manage record demand and intense heat. The move aims to alleviate pressure on the power grid, particularly in the North.
