Furthermore, the development of a Code of Conduct for Cultural Behaviour in the Digital Environment aims to address online misinformation and inappropriate behavior, enhance a sense of responsibility, and encourage positive values. This suggests a new approach to the nature of culture in modern society and its protection and development. At a regional level, the "ASEAN–Guangxi Trade and Industrial Cooperation and Exchange Conference" in Nanning, China, in 2026, highlighted the significant role of education in building bridges of friendship among the peoples of ASEAN and China through educational, cultural, and tourism activities. Domestically, November 24, 2026, has been designated "Vietnam Culture Day." This initiative aims to provide opportunities for the public to participate in, create, and enjoy cultural activities, thereby spreading positive values and fostering pride in Vietnamese culture. In the sports sector, initiatives are being undertaken to promote the health and discover diverse talents of the people, including the development of young athletes and the promotion of women's football in local communities.
