Sath Sithy, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Interior and Second Vice President of the Cambodia Canoe and Rowing Federation, encouraged the athletes to strive for excellence in their training in Poland. This delegation's trip is part of an official visit requested by the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (Phnom Penh).
