Banglamung Red Cross and Top Charoen Donate 60 Pairs of Glasses to Students

BANGLAMUNG, Chonburi: The Banglamung District Red Cross Branch on Wednesday presented 60 pairs of eyeglasses to students under its “Clear Vision, Caring for Student Quality” project, designed at helping children with eyesight problems study and live more effectively. The ceremony was held at the Banglamung District Community Hall. District Chief Anusak Phiriyamon, who also serves as a supporter of the project, attended the event. This initiative aims to contribute to educational equity and health promotion for children within the local community. Vision problems can directly impact academic performance, and early detection and proper correction are crucial for children's futures. The provision of eyeglasses offers significant assistance to students who might otherwise be unable to afford adequate vision correction due to economic reasons. The collaboration between the Banglamung District Red Cross Branch and Top Charoen serves as a positive example of public-private partnership in addressing community challenges.
