Fossilized remains of Aquilolamna milarcae, an ancient shark species dating back approximately 93 million years, have been unearthed in a limestone quarry in Mexico. This prehistoric creature exhibits a unique combination of traits, featuring broad pectoral fins akin to a manta ray and a tail fin characteristic of sharks.
