Heavy Rains Expected Over Metro Manila, Luzon Areas Thursday Afternoon
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a thunderstorm advisory on Thursday afternoon, Sept. 17, warning of heavy to intense rains due to localized thunderstorms over Metro Manila and 11 other areas in Luzon.
