59 Bicol Areas, Entire Catanduanes Declared Insurgency-Free by Army
The Philippine Army has declared 57 municipalities, two cities, and the entire island province of Catanduanes in the Bicol region as insurgency-free, granting them Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) status.
