Cambodia Condemns Cluster Bomb Use, Urges Adherence to International Treaty

Cambodia condemned countries using cluster bombs at a meeting on the Convention on Cluster Munitions in Laos. Heng Ratana, Director General of the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC), highlighted the severe impact of Thai cluster bomb use on Cambodian civilians and stressed adherence to international humanitarian and human rights law.
