Bac Ninh Targets Full Digital Governance in SOEs by 2030

Bac Ninh province in northern Vietnam is setting an ambitious target to fully implement digital governance across all its state-owned enterprises (SOEs) by 2030. This strategic move is a cornerstone of the province's broader vision to transform into a model green, smart, and modern city, fostering economic expansion in tandem with robust environmental protection.
