Ho Chi Minh City Proposes High Compensation for Ma Lang Area Redevelopment

Ho Chi Minh City has proposed land compensation of up to VND 484 million per square meter for the redevelopment of the Ma Lang area in its city center. Residents will also receive support for career change, temporary housing, and resettlement. This large-scale urban regeneration project aims to improve the central district's landscape and expand housing supply.
